I figure out how to login to their system online and cancel this monthly service. I research to see what happened and realize that the attendant signed me up for a monthly service without informing me that my card information was saved or the fee for said monthly service. I receive a $25 charge on my bank account from this company. One of the attendants was standing by the pay gate and offered me a promotion for $15 for unlimited washes for a month. Came for a quick exterior car wash on May 27, 2023.
